When can I get my product?
On MagicFind, reserve now to get the lowest exclusive price from product creators. Reserving isn't a full purchase—you can cancel or complete it later. Launch and delivery times vary; creators provide estimates when they can.
How can I claim a refund?
Getting a refund is a breeze. Simply email info@beneblue.co using the same email address you used for the reservation. Make sure to specify the product for which you're requesting a refund. We'll process it within 7 days, no questions asked!
